RoutePilot HA was born from a simple observation: traditional education systems weren't serving the growing population of mature learners who wanted to continue their educational journey. Founded in Helsingborg, Sweden, we recognised that people over 50 had unique learning needs, life experiences, and goals that deserved a tailored approach.
What started as a local initiative has grown into a pan-European network, serving learners across 28 EU countries. We've developed our methodology through years of working directly with mature students, understanding their challenges, celebrating their successes, and continuously refining our approach based on real-world feedback.
